Payment Policy:
Full payment is due on the day you register/enroll for one of our STEM Summer Camp experiences. Payment options accepted: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Checks are Payable to: The Grace Institute of Education
Returned checks will automatically be assessed a service charge of $85.00 to cover any and all bank and processing fees.
Federal/State/Local Taxes and Fees:
Taxes and fees are not included within the STEM Summer Camp or All-Day Summer Camp price. If you are paying cash, with a check, credit card, debit card or by PayPal online, taxes and fees will be added to your subtotal as your final payment.
Refund Policy:
Our STEM Summer Camps are non-refundable but are transferable from one camp experience to another. There will be no partial refunds granted.
Waiting List Policy:
If you are put on a waiting list, you will be contacted based on availability. We will contact you when space is made available.
Tardy, Absent or Ill Policy:
It is your responsibility to ensure the participant in our STEM Summer Camp or All-Day Summer Camp experience attends the activity. If you are tardy, absent or ill from any one of our Camps, you will not receive a refund or partial refund.
Health Policy:
If your child is ill (i.e., fever, headache, sore throat, chills, repeat cough, lethargic, stomachache, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.) in our facility you will be notified immediately to pick-up your child from our establishment. We follow Federal and State health mandates, County and City health guidelines, rules and regulations. There are no refunds or partial refunds granted for being ill in our facility.
